We are looking for talented and customer oriented Technical Support Engineer

 Your main tasks

  • Pre-sales, partner & customer onboarding
  • Become an expert on using ONEiO service
  • Examples of other duties:
    • Contribute to product knowledge by improving the documentation
    • Establishing and making changes to integration configurations, when needed
    • Helping with production roll-outs for integrations

You would need to have

  • Strong ability to identify and define customer specific business needs
  • Track record of hands-on support and technical consulting work
  • Problem solving skills
  • Passion for learning new
  • Understanding of integration platforms
  • Positive can-do-attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

These would help you to succeed

  • Degree in computer science/engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of technical integration concepts (e.g. HTTP, XML, JSON, authentication)
  • Experience in programming / software development
  • Previous experience of supporting a SaaS service
